For the greens you will need:
For the yogurt sauce you will need:
Preheat your oven to 180-200°C (fan). Wash your veggies and put them on a baking tray. Chop the garlic and chilli peppers in big pieces and add them to the veggies with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix them all together so that the olive oil covers all the veggies. Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
Grind the onion and garlic in a food processor and chop the parsley. In a big bowl mix the minced beef, 1 tbs oats, the onion, garlic, parsley, egg, ketchup, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt & pepper until everything is incorporated.
Cut the cheddar cheese in 3x3cm squares. Take some of the meat mixture, make a thin 'cookie' in your hands, put a piece of cheese on top and cover with another mince 'cookie'. Push the top to the bottom layer and with your fingers make them stick to each other around the edges so that the cheese is all in the burger and you don't see it coming out.
Put the rest of the oats in a bowl and one by one cover the burgers in oats. The oats should stick to your burgers quite easily.
Heat some sunflower oil in a pan and when it's hot add your burgers to the pan. Leave them to cook from one side for about 5-6 minutes and then turn around. They should be brown and crispy. You might see the cheese melting and coming out but don't worry, just put it on the burger when it's ready (it's the most tasty bit).
Your veggies should be ready by the time you have cooked the burgers.
For the yogurt sauce just mix all the ingredients together and add on top of the veggies or/and the burgers.
