You will need (for 2):
Chop the onion and cook it until soft in a pot using 2 tbs of olive oil.
Mix the hot water with the tomato paste, add salt and put in the pan with the onions. Leave it for 5 minutes to cook.
In the meantime wash the kale and shred it to long pieces discarding the hard stalks.
Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a pan. Slice the garlic and add it with the kale and chilli flakes in the pan when the oil is hot. Cover with the lid and leave until the kale is a bit softer.
Now add the cod in the pot with the tomato sauce. Cover with the lid and leave for about 10 minutes to cook.
Add the lemon juice and smoked paprika to the kale. Cover with the lid for another 2-3 minutes.
When the fish is white and flaky turn the heat off and serve on top of the kale.
Add some freshly ground pepper and some drops of olive oil.
