Home supper club - Veggie edition

This supper club event was hosted in October 2014 and had a vegetarian theme. Most of the guests weren't actually vegetarians but really enjoyed the dinner. And it was Halloween so the pumpkins were used appropriately :)

The spinach pie worked fine as a main, with the help of some buttery carrot mash and beetroot salad. The mushrooms replaced successfully the meat in the soup and bougatsa was, as always, the queen of the meal :)
